takes time to visit with you, the Owner, to determine exactly what your
needs are in a residence. Our job is to realistically interpret your
wishes and needs and place those thoughts and ideas into a set of plans
that the Contractor of your choice can easily build.
Because we have twenty five years experience in residential, commercial
and industrial general contracting, we know what will work in
constructing a residence.
Every one of our plans is a unique and practical solution to your
everyday needs in a home. It will move and flow with you as you do in
your everyday life. You will not see another residence exactly like
yours anywhere.
We suggest the use of local windstorm certified engineers for your use
along the coast. We will happily provide you with a list of those
engineers that approve our plans.
Remodeling and additions are also part of our expertise. We will come to
your existing residence to meet with you and discuss all the possible
options of enlarging, reducing or altering your existing home.
We are designers and not Architects, which means cost savings to you. We
can provide you with everything required for permitting and Home Owner’s
Association approval.
All our designs are computer generated using the latest revision of
AutoCad software. We are VIP subscribers to Autodesk allowing us to
receive the latest updates upon release. We also plot and copy all
designs in our own office so there is never a delay. |
